Tesla officially returned the Tesla Model 3 long-range to the menu after it was removed at the peak of demand last year. However, several interesting facts lead to some interesting speculations... - It is listed as only qualified for a $3750 rebate, hinting it has an LFP battery from China, similar to the SR model.

- Range is listed as 325+ which indicates that either they don't know yet or keep it secret until revealed. The previous Model 3 LR was 358m range. - Price is $47.24k for the 3LR, which is $7k extra for the 53+ miles range, AWD, and 4.2 sec 0-60 compared to 5.8 sec. both have the same rebate of $3750, a total of $43.5k. - The Performance though is $6k more than the LR, but, it is qualified for the full $7500 rebate and improves performance to 3.1 sec 0-60 while losing 10 miles range to 315 miles (so it is really only $2.25k more than the LR and includes the 20" wheels).

- Weirdly, The Model Y LR is actually $1k cheaper, post rebate, $42.5k, and gets 330 miles range, delivery May - June.

- The availability is only in June, which most likely indicates, it is the refreshed "Highland". By keeping the details, Pictures, and actual range, Tesla might be trying to prevent some Osborne effect, while also increasing orders at possibly early prices before raising it at the actual launch.
